Processing time is the time it takes us to prepare your order before it ships. Please note that processing time is separate from shipping/transit time.

STANDARD ORDERS

•       Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation

•       Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day

•       You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped

CUSTOM AND MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS

•       Custom and made-to-order items require additional production time

•       Please allow 4-6 weeks for production before your order ships, unless otherwise noted on the product page

•       You will be notified if there are any unexpected delays with your custom order

PRE-ORDERS

•       Items marked as "Pre-Order" may take 4-6 weeks to ship from the date of purchase

•       Pre-order timelines are estimates and may vary — we will communicate updates as they become available

•       Pre-orders are charged at the time of purchase
